We are only expecting friends who visit Casa J to pay for the cleaning costs arising from their visit i.e. cleaning of the villa inside and out; making of beds; towel and bed linen laundering; cleaning of villa after departure. Excluding the bedrooms the cleaning costs £200 for a one week visit, while the cleaning and laundering costs £60 per bedroom occupied. Longer visit costs depend on whether there is a mid-stay clean.
To request a booking please ignore the booking form shown here and instead email peter.linnell@btinternet.com with your proposed arrival and return dates, and the number of bedrooms you would want to use. I will check that the villa is still available for that period and that the cleaners can pre-clean the villa and make-up the beds. Do not book any flights until I have confirmed the details with you.
