Casa J is our second home in the warm, sunny and breezy resort of Costa Teguise on the east coast of Lanzarote. We’ve spent 15 to 20 weeks a year here since we purchased the villa in 2022 and for the first 18-24 months we carried out an extensive refurbishment. Now we have finished that phase we thought we would make it available to family and friends, so this website aims to provide information about the property to help you decide whether you want to spend time here and if so how to book.

The interior of the villa consists of four bedrooms each with ensuite shower rooms, three of which are available to visitors; a kitchen/diner/living room; a sports bar & games room; a gym & utility room; a double garage and upstairs covered terrace. Outside there are large terraces with open and covered seating and dining areas; a swimming pool with surrounding terrace and sunbeds; and palm trees and gardens around the villa, plus two car ports. The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed; the second upstairs bedroom has twin beds and the downstairs bedroom has a double bed.

We don’t want to charge rent, and we’ll cover the cost of electricity and water but we think it is fair to recover the incremental costs of cleaning and laundering of bed linen and towels – refer Availability page for details.
